This website is operated by Web Design Wollongong, a division of Shipwreck Studio. We are located in Wollongong, NSW, Australia. Contact: rick@1tronic.com.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. This tool is cookieless and does not track individuals across sites.
What we collect
We collect information you provide voluntarily through our contact and enquiry forms, including your name, email, phone, location, and the contents of your message.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To provide the service or quote you requested.
- To improve the site (in aggregate, never tied to an individual).
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
How we store it
Enquiries arrive in our email system and may be retained for up to 7 years for record-keeping. Mail is sent via SendGrid; their privacy policy applies in transit.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing rick@1tronic.com.
